St. Johns Wort

St. Johns Wort is an herbaceous perennial that grows wild along roadsides and in disturbed meadows. It has a long history of use in traditional Western herbal practices. Typical preparations include steeping as tea, oil infusion, and extract.  St. John’s Wort helps promote a healthy mood and emotional balance.

Herbs come from either Mountain Rose Herbs or Frontier. There may be slight variation with color or cut of the herb but it will have the same effect. All herbs are organic.
