Valerian Root

Valerian Root is a member of the Caprifoliaceae family and is known for its general calming effects. Valerian has a pleasant, sweet smelling flower and pungently aromatic roots. It has been commonly infused as valerian tea, the roots can also be mixed into herbal tea blends or tinctured.

Herbs come from either Mountain Rose Herbs or Frontier. There may be slight variation with color or cut of the herb but it will have the same effect. All herbs are organic.
