Vitex Berries

Vitex Berries have been used in traditional European herbalism for reproductive support for thousands of years. It can be brewed as an herbal tea, tinctured, or cracked and sprinkled over food for a peppery spice. Vitex supports physical and emotional health during a woman’s menstrual cycle and in the transition into menopause.

Herbs come from either Mountain Rose Herbs or Frontier. There may be slight variation with color or cut of the herb but it will have the same effect. All herbs are organic.
