American Breakfast Tea – Simpson and Vail
This is a traditional English and Irish Breakfast tea. It is comprised of teas from India, Sri Lanka, China, and Formosa. It full-bodied and malty with a bright amber cup, and unlike other English and Irish teas has a flowery bouquet.
Tea comes in $3.50/1oz. Use about 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 8oz. of water. Makes about 15 cups. Brew tea at 212 degrees and steep for about 3 minutes.
